I’m Pooja, the creative force behind  Headshots & Branding. A luxury portrait studio based in San Ramon, CA, serving clients across the Bay Area—from Walnut Creek, Danville, Livermore, San Ramon, Brentwood, San Jose, Palo Alto and Pleasanton to Oakland and San Francisco.

My specialty lies in crafting portraits that feel authentic, timeless, and deeply personal. Whether it’s a professional headshot or a business/personal branding session, my goal is to create images that tell showcase your essence in the best light.

My path to photography started in a surprising place: engineering. With a career rooted in problem-solving and detail, I eventually followed my heart into photography, where those same skills help me design sessions that feel effortless while capturing your best self.
Over the years, I’ve been honored to have my work published in outlets such as Mortgage Banker Magazine and featured on platforms like Bold Journey. I’ve also partnered with local businesses, corporate teams, and organizations to create impactful headshot booths and on-site branding experiences that help companies showcase their people with confidence and pride.
